Albert D. Bersaglieri

Albert Daniel Bersaglieri 1944-2025 passed away unexpectedly at home in Taos New Mexico. He was 81 years old. Albert was born in San Francisco to the late Albert Bersaglieri and Onorine (Ma) Arata. He grew up in Larkspur CA along with his older sister, Carol Fusch (deceased), and his younger sisters Lynn Yeatrakas, Jean Kaluza, and Gayle Conway. He is survived by his nephews and nieces, Ed Fusch, Nancy Fusch, Teri Henri, Karen Tyler, Rick Kaluza, Lindsey Galvin, Ronny Conway, Danny Conway, and Topher Conway. Other family members and friends will miss him.

Albert went to Larkspur Corte Madera elementary school and graduated from Redwood High School in 1961. He enlisted into the Air Force (4 years) and was stationed at Kirtland Air Force in New Mexico. Albert went to San Francisco State University and graduated with a degree in Biology. He worked at Ampex, Redwood City, Arizona Public Utilities Nuclear Plant in Phoenix, Az, and Bechtel Corporation in Boston.

He moved to Taos in 2000 after he retired. Albert was very active and enjoyed exercising and other outdoor sports such as snow skiing and hiking. He cherished his beloved dog, “Boy”.
