Antonio M. Cintas age 74, a resident of Questa, NM passed away unexpectedly December 27, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jose & Rose Cintas; brothers Larry and Orlando Cintas; and his parents-in-law Alberto & Josephine Ortega.
Antonio was an avid hunter and loved fishing with his grandkids. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Marines, and was a member of the Force Reconnaissance, serving two tours in Vietnam before being wounded. Antonio was also a New Mexico State Police Officer. Antonio loved and cherished his family and will be deeply missed by all of them.
He is survived by his wife Rose Cintas; son Joseph Cintas (Maria), daughter Annette Cintas, son Antonio Cintas, Jr.; 10 grandchildren who he cherished; siblings Marcella Gonzales, Clara Cintas, Darlene Santistevan, Rose Cintas, Manuel Cintas, James Cintas, Juan Cintas and Felix Cintas.
Burial will be held on Thursday February 17, 2022 at 12:45pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
