Armida Romero

Armida Romero, 69, a resident of Taos Pueblo, passed away unexpectedly on October 10, 2019. She is preceded in death by her son Antonio Martinez, husband Max Romero, and parents Antonio Martinez and Senida Romero.  Armida loved spending time with her entire family but especially her daughter Malissia, which both loved to travel and go spend time at the casino. She will be missed by all who knew her.  She is survived by her children Aaron Martinez (Maria Romero), Malissia Romero (Fonz Oldman); step children, Clarence Romero, and Berna Aguilar (Manuel); grandchildren, Bryan Martinez, Larissa Martinez,  Chris Romero, Jeff Romero, Kenny Romero, Krista Romero siblings, Edwin Martinez (Ronnie), Onofre Martinez, Christine Martinez (Roy), and Charlotte Martinez (Robert); nieces and nephews, Tony Martinez (Paula), Eliza Espinoza, Penny Espinoza, Ruthie Coriz, Charlie Martinez, and Malaina Martinez,   along with many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and cherished friends.

Traditional funeral services were  held at Taos Pueblo.
