Christina Sandoval

Christina Sandoval was born on October 24, 1945 in Ranchos de Taos, NM to Julian and Delia Sandoval.  She was called home on March 29, 2024. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Julian and Delia Sandoval; her siblings Laureana Sandoval Murillo, Julian H. Sandoval (Betty), Orlando Sandoval (Celia), Isidro Sandoval (Ruth, Bebe) and Joe Sandoval (Evelyn); nephews Paul Sandoval and Justin Sandoval. 

Christina is survived by her sisters Carolina Archuleta (Armando) and Rosita Espinoza (Juan), and her brother Ernesto Sandoval; her nieces and nephews Violanda Gonzales (Andrew), special niece Elaine Sandoval, David Sandoval (Vikki), Julian J. Sandoval, Delia “Leta” Sandoval (Ricardo), Juan Sandoval, Joey Sandoval (Veronica), Anna Archuleta (Steve), and Laureano Espinoza (Melony); great-nieces and nephews Lori Ortiz (Tamara), Julianna Sandoval, Michelle Escobar, Elizabeth Escobar, Stephanie Escobar, Jason Sandoval, Makenzie Sandoval, Mason Sandoval, Joshua Leammle, Matthew Archuleta, Sarah Sanchez, Araceli Espinoza, Karla Espinoza, Dani Espinoza, Elijah Espinoza, Dustin Espinoza (Brianna), Victor Campos, Joseph Sandoval and Ashley Sandoval; great-great niece and nephews Liviana Johnson, Joaquin Johnson and Dakota Espinoza. She was loved by all her nieces and nephews; she enjoyed spending time with each one.  

Christina loved to garden and spend time in the sunshine, she enjoyed the occasional casino visits.  She was a devoted daughter, having taken care of her mother for years. Her big caring heart led her to work for Mountain Home Health Care, taking care of those in need.  She was a woman of compassion and faith.  Christina will be greatly missed.

Rosary will be recited on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 9:30am, Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00am at San Francisco de Asís Catholic church, burial will follow at the Jesus Nazareno Cemetery.
