Corrine Dallas

Corrine L. Dallas age 63, a resident of Taos, NM left peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on June 11, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her spouse Wayne Dallas; mother Marina D. Romero, father Luis Romero; step-son Anthony Dallas; siblings Andrew Romero, Helen Romero and Irene Romero; and niece Danica “Kate” Concha.

Corrine was a free-spirited individual with a profound appreciation for the outdoors, who cherished her piñon, elk meat, and quality time spent with family and friends. She consistently expressed her affection, instructing others to bid her farewell by saying “see you later”. Her compassion and generosity knew no bounds, as evidenced by her open-door policy for those in need. Her spontaneous nature ensured that life was never dull, and her warm smile was always present.

She is survived by her daughter Tanya Lucero (Andrew); grandchildren Enrico Eric Romero, Aiyana Faith Lucero, Serenity Marsha Lucero and Jamal Lucero; siblings Martin Romero, Manuelita Struck, Pat Romero, Ernestine Romer, Jimmy Romero and Geronimo Romero; Special nieces Norma Jean Romero (Erwin) & Hunter, Clarissa J. Romero, and Gracie; Special nephews Drey Lujan and Gabriel Romero; along with many family and friends who were close to her and loved her.
