Daelund "Daisy" Rodriguez

Daelund Lila (Daisy) Rodriguez passed away on June 3, 2025.

She is survived by her son, precious Armanii Rodriguez; partner Paul Martinez-Fernandez (Armanii’s dad); her mother Lee Shantell Rodriguez; father †Manuel Rangel; grandparents Joe and Patricia Sanchez; sister Alauralee Trujillo (Aaron), brothers Leo Trujillo (Cosette) and Cory Trujillo; special uncle Lawrence Duran (Sunshine); special cousins Andrew Duran (Sadie) and Kathleen. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; siblings from her father’s side, Jasmine Rangel, Aleea Tafoya (Elijah), Serena Rangel (Jonathan Valdez), Janae Hart (Jaxon Gabriel), Leticia Rangel and Carlos Sanchez.

Daisy was an old soul. She loved oldies music and could often be heard singing in her room (she didn’t have a great singing voice, but she didn’t care). She was so beautiful and full of attitude, she always had an answer for everything. Daisy loved to argue and was so stubborn, she loved the outdoors, fishing, swimming hiking and camping. Her greatest treasure was her son Armanii. She will forever be able to watch over him.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Denver, date to be determined.

Burial will take place in Taos, date and time to be determined.
