Our dear brother Eliu Martinez passed away suddenly August 19, 2022.
He was a joy to be with and was loved by all who knew him. He loved nature and enjoyed his privacy. He will be missed dearly.
Eliu was preceded in death by his parents Alfredo and Claudina Martinez.
He is survived by his sisters Anita Sandoval (Pedro) from Winnemucca, NV and Mary Martinez from Santa Fe, NM. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews who adored him.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday September 2, 2022 at 10:00am in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos, burial will follow at Los Alamitos Cemetery in Los Cordovas, where he will be laid to rest next to his brothers Teddy and Archie Martinez.
