Frank Gonzales

Frank Lee Gonzales, 90 of Arroyo Hondo was called home to the Lord on March 15th, 2026. Born on September 21st, 1935 in Cimarron, New Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his beloved son Sgt. Norman Dale Gonzales; Parents Frank Sr. & Clorinda Gonzales; In-laws Nazario & Fininia Jaramillo; Sisters Ernie Cardenas & Susie Montano, Brother Robert Gonzales; Brothers-in-law Ray Cardenas, Adonise Montano, Paul Jaramillo & Armando Jaramillo; Nephews Darrell Jaramillo, Don Jaramillo, Juan Jaramillo and Niece Ronda Sanchez; and a very special person Herold Cisneros.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Gloria Gonzales; Daughters Sharon Suazo (Arnold), Miranda O’Mary (Bill), & Monica Espinoza (Larry) & Eric Martinez who he raised as his own son; Grandchildren Adrianna Suazo (Dante), Lewis O’Mary (Stormy), Ryan O’Mary, Christopher O’Mary (Francesca), Emilio Espinoza (Lisette), Daniel Espinoza, & Carlos Espinoza (Heaven); 9 Great Grandchildren Mia Martinez, Jeniyah Martinez, Keira O’Mary, Liam O’Mary, Irelyn O’Mary, Adalee O’Mary, Nathaniel Espinoza, Danielle Espinoza, and Grace Espinoza; A special person who was like a granddaughter, Linda Rawlings; Nephew Johnny Gonzales (Teddy) & Niece Linda Vigil; In-Laws Edmundo Jaramillo (Isabelle), Nicholas Jaramillo, Jerry Jaramillo (LeeAnn), and Quiriana Sanchez (David).

Honorary pallbearers are, Eric Martinez, Lewis O’Mary, Ryan O’Mary, Christopher O’Mary, Daniel Espinoza and Carlos Espinoza. 

Rosary will be recited on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 6:00pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic church in Arroyo Hondo. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 10:00 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic church, burial will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
