Gail Viola

Gail Viola of Taos, NM, and formerly of Los Angeles, California, passed away on March 7, 2022.

She is survived by her sister Brenda Zwicker of Henderson, NV; also nephews Scott and Steven Johnson of Denver, CO, and niece Lorna Elder of Denver, CO.

Prior to moving to Taos 25 years ago, Gail had an extensive career in Los Angeles as a costume designer for TV, movies and the theater.  She loved playing tennis and bridge with her friends and was also a great animal lover.  In addition, she was employed by the Census Bureau in New Mexico for 10 years.

A Celebration of Gail’s life will be held at a later date.
