Jack Sena

Jack Sena age 83, a resident of Llano, NM, passed away peacefully June 4, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Carolina Sena; siblings Albert Sena, Fermin Sena, Philberto Sena and Mary Alice Chavez.

Jack proudly served his country in the United States Army. During his 31 years of dedicated service with the Houston Fire Department, he held the positions of firefighter, paramedic and arson investigator. Jack was very involved with the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Peñasco and with the Knights of Columbus. He will be missed by all whose hearts he touched.

Jack is survived by his wife of 61 years Mary Helen Sena; children Kenneth Sena (Carmelina) and Jackie Sena-Burkhalter (Cory); grandchildren Joaquin Sena, Dominic Sena, Mia Burkhalter and Ava Marie Burkhalter; plus many other loving relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited by the Knights of Columbus on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 10:00am, Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am, both held at the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Peñasco. A reception will follow at Guadalupe Parish Center.
