Johnny Vasquez

Johnny Vasquez, age 73, a resident of Talpa passed away on December 22, 2022 surrounded by his family. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Margarita Vasquez, siblings Joe Eddie Vasquez, Josie (Pete) Romero, and Jimmy Vasquez.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine Vasquez. Children, Reynold (Maria) Vasquez, Gabriel (Norella) Vasquez, Anna (Agustin) Rael. Grandchildren, Felice Vasquez, Izavela Vasquez, Matthew Vasquez, and Anita Rael. Siblings, Connie Vasquez, Rosie Rodriguez, Becky Freese, Fidel Vasquez, Dennis Vasquez, Minnie Vasquez, and Florence Vasquez along with many nieces and nephews.

Johnny retired from the Town of Taos in 2011 and enjoyed his time with family and friends. 

Service will be held on Thursday January 5, 2023 at 10:00am at the Good News Christian Fellowship Church, a meal to honor Johnny will take place after the service.  Interment will follow at the Talpa Cemetery.
