Lester Silva Jr

Lester Silva, Jr., age 32, a resident of Taos, passed away unexpectedly November 6, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lorraine J. Silva; Nino Tomas Chavez, Nina Linda Chavez; grandmother Mercedes Chavez; and grandparents Alberto & Mercedes Silva, and Rose Sautelet.

Lester loved spending time outdoors, loved to cook and would do anything for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his children Isabell Silva and Ruben Silva; father Lester Silva (Nancy); sister Jennifer Silva (Steven); niece and nephews Sabrina Romero, Daniel Silva, and Estevan Romero; aunts Yolanda Chavez, Darla Wilson (Leo) and Yvette Mondragon (Joe) plus many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.

Rosary will be recited on Friday November 18, 2022 at 7:00pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.  Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday November 19, 2022 at 10:00am at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church, followed by the burial at the Rael Cemetery in Arroyo Hondo.
