Loreta M. Trujillo

Loretta (Lorie) Trujillo age 63, resident of Ranchos and previously Pueblo, CO, passed away July 14, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Danika Lori Silva; father Max Trujillo; sister Maryanne Jeantete, brother Paul Trujillo; niece Sebreena Rebetrano, nephew Randy Medina; brother-in-law Anthony Jeantete; and cherished grandparents, aunts and uncles. 

Lorie was employed by Cid’s and Cottam’s Ski Shops for several years. She was very loving and caring; it was evident because she always made everyone feel as though she was a second mother to those she met. Lorie will be missed by all whose hearts she touched. 

She is survived by her children Danique (Joshua), Alfonso, Jr. (Elaine) and Lorenzo (Rhiannon); her partner of 28 years, Alfonso Vigil, Sr; mother Selina Trujillo; grandchildren Hailey, Madilyn, Scarlet, Isabella, Joshua, Jr, Jazlynn, Jerome and Jordan; god daughters Dominique (Sergio) and Raelynn; nieces and nephews, Jovan (Isaac), Anthony Jr. (Liz), Yvette, Bryan, Mace (Deidra); brother Dennis (Lorraine); mother-in-law Pauline; and many more nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; Lorie had many special friends she loved and adored so dearly. 

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 4pm to 5pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.
