Mariah Voigt

Mariah Voigt, 32, of Taos, New Mexico, went home with our Lord on March 19, 2024. Mariah had a presence that filled a room with warmth and love. Constant smiles, endless hugs, and big laughs. She loved being with her family and spending time with those she held close to her heart. Mariah is so loved and will be missed by many.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandmother Amelia Trujillo, grandfather Guillermo Voigt, grandmothers Dorothy Padilla, and Mercy Torres; sister Amanda Torres; and Cousin Elijah Aragon.

Mariah is survived by her sweet dog Money, her mom Sharon Voigt (Joe); her dad Leroy Padilla; her father Manuel Torres; her sister Lily Padilla; and brothers Manuel Torres Jr. and Jeremy Torres. Her grandmother Fabiola Voigt, and grandfather Delfino Torres. Aunts, Eileen Voigt and Samantha Voigt, Uncle, Chris Canales. Cousins, Delilah Martinez, Mark Martinez, Faith Martinez, Sophia Martinez, Enrique Aragon, Amelia Aragon, Kaitlin Canales, and Samantha Wolfe. Nephews, Isaac and Zaiden Torres. Mariah had many more family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10am in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos, burial will follow at the Sierra Vista Cemetery.
