Michael Cardenas

Michael Cardenas age 50, a resident of Taos, passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his brother William “Punky” Cardenas, sister Veronica Cardenas; grandmother Placida Cardenas; aunt Eulogia “Jugi” Cardenas and cousin Lawrence “Tiny” Cortez.

Michael is survived by his children Marlene Trujillo, Michael Brandon Trujillo, Abryanna Trujillo and Michelle Trujillo; his mother Marcella Cardenas; sisters Tomasita Ramirez, Mary Ann Cardenas (Bryan), Jessica Hernandez (Juanito); grandchildren Erica Christie, Devin Christie, N’Finity Garcia; cousin he considered as a brother Patrick Visarriagas; aunts Faby, Sheila, Henrietta and uncles Ruben Lencho, Bernabe, Juan (Glenda) and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 6:00PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Taos. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday January 8, 2020 at 10:00AM also at Our Lady of Catholic Church in Taos with burial to follow at a later date.
