Michael Santistavan

Michael C. Santistevan was born in Taos NM, he lived in Taos and Santa Fe NM.  He was called to be with our Lord suddenly on November 10, 2022 and will be greatly missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Alphonso and Marcelina Santistevan, and older brother David W. Santistevan. 

Michael is survived by his daughters (they were his world) Leah Santistevan, Mariah Santistevan and Autumn Sandoval-Santistevan; Parents Wilfred Santistevan, Clara Garcia-Chavez (Elefio); Granddaughters Sofia-Marie Narvaiz and Leanna Narvaiz; Siblings Patrizia Santistevan (Dennis), Donna Santistevan, Iris Santistevan, and Matthew Santistevan (Victoria); Aunt and Uncles Eleuto and Ida Maestas and Larry Santistevan; numerous nieces, 2 nephews and many cousins.

Michael was a kind and gentle soul, who loved his daughters, family, and friends.  He had a strong love for our Lord. We as a family, find great comfort in knowing he will spend eternity with our Savior.

Rosary will be recited on December 3, 2022 at 9:00am, Funeral Mass will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  Weather permitting, burial will follow at the Jesus Nazareno Cemetery.  Reception in his honor will follow at the St. Joseph’s Hall / Our Lady of Guadalupe.  All are welcome to celebrate Michael’s life, Revelations 3:5.
