Puilam Carol Fong was called home to be with God on June 13, 2022.
Her journey through life began in Hong Kong on March 4, 1971. Carol completed her basic education at Pui Ching Middle School as the beginning of her secondary education. Immigration to the United States was a key component to her journey and this occurred in her early twenties. Her educational drive took her to Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in finance. In 1998, she met and married her husband, Eugene Koh. Together, they built a full and loving live.
Carol was a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman, achieving numerous accomplishments in the real estate and insurance world. She approached life with little to no fear of taking risks in the business world. To her friends, Carol was brave, vibrant, and spontaneous. She was very crafty and wanted to explore more in the area of creativity. One of her athletic abilities extended into a love to play tennis which grew into pickle ball experiences. Her self-driven journey went further as she made the move to San Diego, in 2019, with her family. The outdoor activities drew her to this part of the country so she could hike, bike ride and further pursue outdoor experiences with newfound friends. She cherished all the friendships and support from family and friends. Gone too soon, but always in our hearts, forever and a day.
Surviving, and heartbroken are her husband of 24 years, Eugene Koh; her children Brandon Koh and Brian Koh; her father and mother Danny Fong and Shuk Yin Lam; her younger sister Pauline Fong; her brother-in-law Yiupong Leung; her nephew Jason Leung and niece Emily Leung.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday July 2, 2022 at 11am at Allen Brother's Mortuary, located at 435 N. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos, CA 92069. Please RSVP by texting 678-467-1331.
