Ralph (Johnny) Johnson passed away Saturday, 10/7/2023 of cancer. He was born 05/28/1942 in Illinois. He served in the US Navy from 1960-1964 where he was an Aviation Mechanic. He met the love of his life while stationed in Iceland. He married Elin Reynisdottir on 06/02/1962 in Reykjavik, Iceland.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a pillar of the community. He loved spreading his wealth of knowledge and would help anyone in need. He really enjoyed serving on the search and rescue team for Angel Fire for over 10 years. His true passions were sailing and snowmobiling.

He is survived by his Wife of 61 years, Elin Johnson, Daughters, Suzy (Rick) Robles and Bridgett (Tommy) Drozd. Grandchildren, Sydney (Derek) Baker, Thomas (Breanna) Drozd, Jared Bahr, Jonny (Heidi) Drozd, Tim (Savannah) Drozd and Danny Drozd. Great Grandchildren, Lucas Lee Baker and Ella Rae Baker. Sister, Audrey Dillbaugh and Brother, Keith (Vickie) Johnson. He is preceded in death by Father, Orville Johnson, Mother, Genevieve Hand and Brother, Ole Johnson. He was loved by many nieces and nephews as well as many, many friends! He will truly be missed by all!

Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
