Richard Greenbaum

Richard Greenbaum age 73, a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully July 1, 2026.

He will be remembered for his friendly face and cheerful greetings to people while working at various places within our community, to include Michael’s Kitchen, Walmart, and most recently Albertson’s in the deli and bakery department.

Richard is survived by his wife Ruth Vigil; stepchildren Geraldine Pacheco, Catalina Vigil, John Vigil and Wayne Vigil (Kathleen); grandchildren, Dion Pacheco, Samantha Pacheco, Joshua Pacheco, Timothy Pacheco, Clemente Garcia, Christopher Garcia, †Anthony Garcia, Carlitos Abeyta Vigil, and Ciarra Vigil; several great-grandchildren; and many more relatives and friends. Richard will be deeply missed.

Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:00am in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.
