Sherman Elias Cortez age 39, a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his father Michael Blaine; and nephew Julian Clarke.
Sherman is survived by his children Elias Cortez and Athena Cortez; his mother Mary Siow; siblings Mary Wright and Renee Wright; nieces and nephews Kelli Clarke, Morissa Wright, Jaleel Wright, Jason Singh, Geronimo Brown and many other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and cards, a GoFundMe page has been established under “Children of Sherman Cortez”. The family would like to thank you for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
