Teodora Teddy Salazar

Teodora “Teddy” P. Salazar, 85, a resident of Prescott AZ, formally of Taos NM, passed away on June 24, 2026.

Teddy was born on December 24, 1940 to Teodoro and Alicia Salazar in Taos NM. She graduated from high school and began her career in the insurance industry. She worked for Brown and Brown for 30 plus years. She loved to spend time with family and friends. She loved to go to Bingo with her sister Susie and her companion Erma. When she moved to Arizona, she would love to call her family and friends to talk to them every day.

She was preceded in death by her parents Teodoro and Alicia Salazar, sisters Clorinda Mondragon, Susana C. Trujillo, nephew Larry Trujillo and companion Erma Arellano.

She is survived by her brother Jose (Lydia) Salazar, sister Arcelia (Alfonso) Degodoi, nieces, Cindy Salazar, Louise Trujillo, Meliza Martinez, Timmy (Amelia) Salazar, Anthony Trujillo, Yolanda (Randy) Villa, Janice (Bob) Schmitt, Brenda (Brian) Alabowicz, Richard (Rolenda) Mondragon, Betty Jo Gallegos, plus many other loving relatives and friends.
