Yevette E. Jeantete born March 24, 1975 in Taos, passed away leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity and unwavering love.
She was known throughout her life as a gentle, loving big hearted woman who would go beyond measure to help anyone in need. Her compassion touched countless lives, and her presence brought comfort to all that knew her. Yevette’s greatest joy was her family. She loved her children deeply, with a devotion that shaped every part of her life. Her grandson held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment with him. The bond they shared was one of her treasured blessings. She will be remembered for her warmth, her selflessness and the love she gave so freely. Though she is no longer with us, the impact of her spirit and the memories that she created will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who loved her. May she rest in peace.
Yevette is preceded in death by her two sons Randy and Gary Medina; granddaughter Serenity Medina; parents Anthony and MaryAnn Jeantete; her grandparents Uvaldo and Georgia Jeantete, and Max Trujillo; sister-in-law Carla Jeantete; special aunt Lori Trujillo; and cousin Alfonso Vigil, Jr.
She is survived by her children Michael Maul, and Alyssa Maul (Isaac); grandson Jayden Medina; her partner Anthony Maul; brothers Anthony Jeantete, Jr (Liz), and Eric Jeantete (Erica); sisters Jovan Jeantete (Isaac), Denise Jeantete (Migs); godson Isaac Martinez, Jr; special niece Mariah Martinez (Martin) and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles who she loved dearly.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic church, burial will follow at the Martinez Cemetery Ranchos de Taos, located off of State Road 240.
