Yolanda Chavez

Yolanda Chavez age 62, a resident of El Prado, passed away unexpectedly March 10, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her son Brian Chavez; parents Adelmo & Mercedes Chavez; siblings JoAnn Silva, Tommy Chavez, Linda Chavez Baros; and nephew Lester Silva, Jr.

Yolanda is survived by her daughter Sonya Chavez; grandchildren Angela Thomas, Jeremy Powell and Katrina Powell; her boyfriend Bartholomew Uffman; brother Victor Chavez (Debbie); brother-in-law Mike Baros; father of her daughter Manuel Archuleta, Sr. and many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 6pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, burial will follow at the Rael Cemetery in Arroyo Hondo.  A meal in her honor will follow at St. Joseph's Hall.
