Artemio Daniel Terrazas

Artemio Daniel Terrazas, 44, of Taos, NM passed away unexpectedly on September 3rd, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father, Alfonso Terrazas; mother, Lucia Soto; brother Noel Terrazas; sister Elena Terrazas; In-laws Frank and Rose Olonia.

Artemio was a contractor and worked construction in the Taos area. He was a very hard worker and well-traveled. He was a family man and cared deeply for his entire family.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years Monica Terrazas. His children Sonia Terrazas Garcia (Antonio) and Marcos Terrazas; his siblings, Carlos Terrazas, Pedro Terrazas (Chayo), Jose Terrazas, Martha Perez (Ignacio), Refujilla “Cuca” Terrazas Ponce (Salamon), Eva Angelina Terrazas (Waldo), and Juan Terrazas (Bernadette);  nephew who he considered a brother Rene Alfonso Terrazas (Margarita); and mother-in-law Rosie Olonia; plus many other loving relatives, cherished friends and customers that he served.

Rosary will be recited on Thursday September 10, 2020 at 9:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00AM.  Burial will follow at the Las Cruces Cemetery.  COVID-19 restrictions apply.
