Chris Jurgensen, 63, a resident of Dallas TX, passed away unexpectedly while in Angel Fire on September 24, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Betty Jurgensen; and brother Michael Jurgensen. Chris loved New Mexico, being born and raised in Albuquerque he knew one day that he and his wife would return and live the rest of their lives in Angel Fire.  He had just recently purchased the home of his dreams in Angel Fire. Chris was a good, kind and generous man. He was always willing to help others in need, no matter their situation. He loved to build and remodel homes, and you can also call him a very tech savvy guy who enjoyed working on computers and anything he can get his hands on, plus he loved listening to his favorite band Pink Floyd.  Chris is survived by his wife, Darla Jurgensen; brother Rick Jurgensen and wife Karen; best friends, Gus Anison and Al Wood; plus many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.  A Celebration of Chris’s Life will be held at a later date.
