Jacob Solomon Ortiz, our baby unexpectedly passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the age of 19. Jacob is survived by his family Zuriel (mama) Alex (pops) Isabella (shishy) Eli (sister) and Romeo (romie). We are inviting all those that loved Jacob by requesting all attendees to join us in dressing in all white attire (if possible) because this is not a time for grieving, but a time to celebrate a saint going home.
